The Implementer certification is recommended for individuals who seek to configure solutions to meet specific business requirements. This certification demonstrates that an individual has the necessary knowledge of the relevant product to be an important contributor to the implementation team, from lending ideas and problem-solving through implementation and, finally, production.

As a Service Edge certified implementer, you will work with stakeholders to define requirements, configure the platform, and enable users to get the most value out of the Field Service Edge platform.
