Service Optimization Developer

Service Optimization certified developers are able to extend and customize the Service Optimization platform. We offer module based certification, which will provide you the required knowledge to design, develop, and implement customizations using the Service Edge API and customization capabilities.

One of the prerequisites to becoming a Service Optimization developer is knowing the Service Optimization platform and having experience in its configuration; hence, developers are required to have the relevant level of implementers certification before progressing with the developer’s certification.
