Associate Consultant ClickMobile Certification (ACM)
Associate Consultant certification is recommended for individuals who seek to configure solutions to meet specific business requirements. This certification demonstrates that an individual has the necessary knowledge of the product to be an important contributor to the implementation team, from lending ideas and problem solving through implementation and, finally, production.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course the trainees will be able to:
- Describe the ClickMobile solution
- Describe ClickMobile’s architecture
- Install and set up ClickMobile
- Create and configure user templates and forms
- Install ClickAppStore applications
- Describe the functionally of ClickMobile Classic
To become a Certified Associate Consultant, the individual should demonstrate the following:
- Broad understanding of the architecture and different modules of the system
- Ability to install the product, operate the starter kit (where applicable) and make basic configuration changes to tailor the solution closer to the business’ needs
- Ability to configure integration to external systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain the system
Level of Self-sufficiency
At this stage of the certification program, you are not expected to lead the blueprint phase or write design documents. Instead, ClickSoftware’s Partner Enablement team, together with a Certified Professional Consultant from your company, will be able to lead the process and the solution architecture design. During the build phase and thereafter, you will be following the designs to implement the solution, under the supervision of a Professional Consultant or a ClickSoftware advisor.
